QA/QC Introduction

Jinxiang runs a PC case assembly workshop that employs over 100 workers. Our workshop has nine assembly lines with eight on-line workers and one QC technician on each. Additionally, we also have a mouse assembly line with 20 on-line workers and three QC staff.

The QC team is made up of 40 workers, and follows the MIL-STD-105E sampling rate. Product tests include high temperature and humidity environmental tests, package drop tests, paint color maintenance tests and anti-scrape endurance tests. For the drop tests, all the products are manually dropped from a height of 5 meters.
